✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of My Digital King LLC, including engaging through our website, submitting a contact form, communicating via email, SMS, or enrolling in any of our service packages, you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

💼 2. Description of Services

My Digital King LLC offers integrated digital marketing and lead generation services, including but not limited to:

Custom website design and development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Paid advertising management via Google Ads and Meta Ads
Appointment setting and lead nurturing systems
Marketing automation solutions and CRM configuration

All services are tailored per client and are delivered on a monthly or project basis as agreed.

💳 3. Subscription Model, Payments & Billing

Most services are billed monthly under a recurring subscription model and are non-contractual. Automatic payments are processed in advance for each billing cycle.

Automatic Payment Policy

By enrolling in our monthly service, you authorize My Digital King LLC to charge your preferred payment method automatically on a recurring basis. These charges may include monthly service fees, applicable taxes, and any agreed-upon add-ons or upgrades.

Payments are processed in advance, typically on the same calendar day each month.
Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Clients must notify us at least 3 business days before the next billing date if they wish to pause, cancel, or adjust services.
Failure to notify us on time may result in continued service charges, which remain non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling.

❌ 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day cancellation window from the date of initial service activation or first payment. During this period, clients may cancel their services and request a refund, minus any administrative or setup costs already incurred.

After this initial 3-day window:

Refunds are not offered for services already rendered or ongoing monthly plans.
All services are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice (via email or portal) at least 3 business days prior to your next billing date.
Cancellations received less than 3 days before the next billing date will take effect the following month, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

📲 5. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your contact details through our forms or any communication channel, you consent to receive messages from My Digital King LLC via:

SMS/text messages
Email communications
Phone calls regarding updates, service alerts, or promotions

Clients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

🔐 6. Use of Client Data

We collect personal and business information such as name, phone number, email address, company details, and preferences. This information is used exclusively to:

Deliver services
Improve client experiences
Send relevant updates and follow-ups

We never sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon for integrations (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).

All websites, designs, marketing assets, ad creatives, written content, systems, and automations provided by My Digital King LLC are considered our intellectual property, unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

You may use these materials solely for your own business use.
Unauthorized resale, copying, distribution, or repurposing is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ 8. Service Limitations and Liability

My Digital King LLC makes every effort to provide high-quality digital marketing and advertising services. However:

We do not guarantee specific performance results (e.g., revenue growth, lead quantity).
We are not liable for disruptions or changes caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, CRM tools).
Client cooperation and timely feedback are required for effective campaign execution.

In no event shall My Digital King LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

🔚 9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

Failure to make payment
Violation of our terms
Use of our services for illegal or unethical purposes

Upon termination, access to any active platforms, assets, or marketing systems created by My Digital King LLC may be revoked. Final invoices may be issued if services were rendered but not yet paid.
